These Terms of Service govern your use of Bestie, operated by Cosalite Inc. By using Bestie, you agree to these terms.

What Bestie is

Bestie is an AI companion designed for conversation, support, and everyday life. She remembers your conversations, reads your screenshots, and gives you honest perspective.

What Bestie is not

Bestie is not a therapist, counselor, medical professional, or crisis service. She is not a substitute for professional mental health care. If you are experiencing a mental health emergency, please contact:

Your account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You must be at least 13 years old to use Bestie (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction). If you are under 18, you must have permission from a parent or guardian.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use Bestie to:

• Generate harmful, illegal, or abusive content.
• Attempt to extract or reverse-engineer the underlying AI models.
• Misrepresent AI-generated content as human-written in contexts where that distinction matters.
• Use the service in any way that violates applicable law.

Subscriptions and billing

Bestie offers free and paid tiers. Paid subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store and are subject to Apple's terms and refund policies. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your iPhone Settings.

Limitation of liability

Bestie is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Cosalite Inc. is not liable for decisions you make based on conversations with Bestie. AI-generated responses may be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate — use your own judgment.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Bestie after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
